)</font> but, can anyone point me to a resource for creating an MDI environment that has the explorer style view to the left and allows the opening of MDI childREN (FORMS) in the form area to the right. (<i>not dissimilar to the VB development environment itself!</i>)<br><br>all the resources i have found thus far show how to open a list etc to the right? but i want to be able to, for example, have a few forms open in the right area, with the ability to maximize any window and it doesn't cover up the explorer to the left - and (yes there's more) the ability to resize the explorer area thus automatically resizing the maximized form in the work area to cover the increased/reduced horizontal space.<br>
