I am running Windows Server 2003 Service pack 2 and it is installed as workgroup.
Recently I started noticing strange behaving when I open explorer. When it is opened and clicked on a folder it takes few seconds to open it. Sometimes I have to click couple times on a folder till it gets focused and opens it. Also on my desktop when I want to open a certain application I need to click shortcut few times till it gets focused and opens but that is not case all the time. Sometime it just works fine for a while then it start behaving as I explained above. I thought it might be a virus or Trojans so I scanned computer and found nothing. Anyone who might help me with this issue would be much appreciated.
