Hey,

Look i have disabled all start up programs. Run a virus scan with Norton 2003 and still didn't help. I have tried to reinstall windows me but that didn't help. Do I need to reformat hard drive?

D/L Ad-aware or Spybot, and remove any spyware.

If that does not help, then run in Safe mode.

If problem stops in Safe mode, then check these links for a possible solution:



If the problem happens in Safe mode, then you may have to reformat and reinstall.
