Explorer.exe errors when opening control panel, mycomputer etc..

To open control panel applets another way click start--find files and search for *.cpl including the asterisk. Then doubleclick each cpl file to open them. Appwiz.cpl is for add/remove, desk.cpl is for display properies, etc.
