explorer.exe cannot run using non-admin privilege

Hi all,

I try to take away one user which have adminitrators privilege, the explorer.exe cannot be run. After I add back the privilege, it work again!

Please help

Maybe the explorer.exe file is on another drive? Is the primary drive partitioned?
