I am running win98. There are some sites that just appear in boxes. I have to go to view, encoding, and recheck western european (windows) or unicode (utf-8), My machine will not maintain this setting. I have tried with and without autoselect checked.
Also a critical update keeps appearing and when I download it, It does not stay in my machine. I will get the notification again.
