Explorer crashes on connection tab

This is a really weid one guy`s. IE when opened just sits there no web connection at all, if you goto tools/connection settings tab it crashes, or locks up. Yet the NT server is fully dsl connected, no dns errors etc.
Im Baffled and dont seem to get anywhere with this one.
All updates, patches are all installed, and the system runs fine except this.

If you already have installed all the patches for IE then do an install on top of it. It usually fixes all the problems. You can use the latest IE6 with SP1 on NT so make sure you install that one.

If installing ontop doesn't work you might have to totally uninstall the old IE and then re-install it.
