Explorer changes schema

Hi there,

I recently visited a web site and for some odd reason my Internet explorer 5.5 changed schema. Places some ugly buttons with a lot of things that i dont' need and dont' want. How can I restore my original explorer? I've looked everywhere.

Thnks in advance.

p.s. I've checked the Internet Explorer forum but seems no one is there.
