Explorer caused invalid page problem

Hie, recently my windows always get this problem. Previously i posted my problem, but now i can give a more clearer view of my problem. Does anyone face this kind of problem before and how to fix it?

PDM sounds like a "Personal data management" type of software.
Do you have this on your computer?
If so, try reinstalling it.
It's not a standard windows library file.
