Explorer bar on the View Menu

I need to remove the "explorer bar" on the View menu for IE6. Is it possible? ~I also want to remove "mail and news" from the Tools menu. These must be in the registry somewhere.
Anybody out there wise enough to let me in on it.

Are you using Win2k? You might want to check out group policies. Run gpedit.msc from the command prompt. Also, check out these free reads that are very in depth:
