can any one give me the explanation on program constructs include anonymous block, application trigger, database trigger, stored procedure/function, application procedure/function, packaged procedure/function.thank you.

Sounds like you need to visit some Oracle manuals! I think most of your questions are answered in the Oracle Application Developer's Guide - Fundamentals. If you don't have access to the Oracle documentation (it comes in the Oracle Installation CD set), you can find it online at the Oracle Technology Network site. You have to sign up, but it is free.
