Hi All,

Once again, I'm decoding another PABX for our Asset Manager application... I need to know how to interpret the information I have been provided with. Below is a list of the card types I have found (so far). Can someone please let me know the following for each card:-

If it is an Extn or Trunk Card, and if it is Digital, Analog or Hybrid, and what it's max circuit capacity is...

Card ID Extn/Trunk ? Digital/Analog Max Capacity
==========================================================
CCS DLI
DTI
EXTN
EXT I/F
GP I/O
MF4
OP CON
SHF I/F
SPARE
SSFP16
TK CODEC
UTC
TK I/F

Also, please list any other cards (with the same details) that I might come across.

Many thanks in advance,

[Bend's over to the floor intoning "I'm not worthy"....]

FUNCTION

To list the allowed and current uses of a specified slot, a specified shelf or all flexible slots in the system. Alternately, the command lists out the slots that can be configured for a specific equipment type.

Note: The media card is not recognised by the system software. Indication of flexibility in the use of slots 9 and 10 in Realitis DX systems may be compromised by the presence of a media card.

On systems with configurable slots, the telephony backplane can accommodate cards for other equipments in the trunk interface slots which are not required for trunk interface cards. Thus the trunk numbers which would have used these slots become unavailable and are removed from their trunk main groups. Such trunk main groups are termed 'sub-equipped'.

Note: @ appears against unavailable trunks on the LTK and LTKD listings (also on LTDT and LTPS listings at maintenance level).

PARAMETERS

XXYY: Physical address of slot (2 digits each for shelf and slot) to list allowed use of slot.
Physical address of slot (2 digits each for shelf and slot) followed by C to list current use of slot.
Physical address of shelf (2 digits) to list allowed use of slots in shelf.

Many thanks - much appreciated.

Any chance of posting the entire doc you pasted that from?

Kindest regards,

Paul

That was copied from the EP's and all there is for LSLT but there is more info for individual card descriptions but will be too much info too copy.

Sorry for the dumb-ass questions, but I am a Mitel user ;)

I really need to find the simplest set of commands to obtain the following information:-

1. List of Cards, their capacity (i.e. No of circuits), the version / firmware

2. List of Extensions, which card they are on, the extn no, the type of handset, firmware/sw ver (if applicable), class-of-service, if it's 'out of service' and anything else useful.

4. List of Trunks (see list of Extensions)

Thanks again,

Paul

1. LSLT will show what card is installed and what card may be installed but to show capacity you will have to use the relevant command for each individual slot type (this won't show the f/w though)
2.LEX A will list all extns equip no. and COS but will not show the handset type (may do on ver newer than 6.3)
3.LTK A

I'm pretty much there... the only things I can't get at the moment are:-

1. Firmware for a card / handset
2. Type of Handset (i.e. What model of digital handset)
3. Routing info:-

i.e. 90 following by 10 digits routes over trunk group 5 and strips 1 digit prior to outpulsing...
