Expiring E-Mails in GW 5.5

Hello All,

I have a strange problem. Many of my users are getting a notification that their e-mail's are expiring. The exact message looks like this:


Hello there,

I would like to inform you about important information regarding your
email address. This email address will be expiring.
Please read attachment for details.

The e-mail accounts are not set to expire. I checked and no date is set. I have run the following to no avail:

ANALYZE/FIX DATABASES -> STRUCTURE CHECK & INDEX CHECK, FIX PROBLEMS

ANALYZE/FIX DATABASES -> STRUCTURE, FIX PROBLEMS

Any ideas?
