Expert help required

I know this isn't strictly allowed, but we are desperate for a Goldmine expert to visit our offices in New York City. Someone was provided by the reseller Goldmine was purchased from before I came to work here, but the person was very unpopular and had a poor attitude so will not be asked back.
We want some basic training to expand our utilization of the program (we currently use it in a very limited way) and to set up some forms to automate our quoting and rental agreement system.
If anyone is interested, or can recommend someone, we would be most grateful.
