Expert Help required please

Is anybody willing (have time) to assist me with a PHP problem? I am fairly new to PHP and I really want to get a calendar working on my website as I am scheduled to fly over to the US from England in a couple of weeks to buy some land. The calendar I am looking at is available for download at

and looks to provide all the functionality I need for this purpose.

The calendar is going to be very useful for me to get all the people who are involved with my land purchase to schedule my time in the limited period I will be there for. I have really tried to get a calendar to work by following the documentation and using what little knowledge I have and I have even gone as far as getting Apache, Mysql, PHP and phpadmin running on my laptop to figure out the problem but I keep getting these problems that I do not understand.

Dave, thanks a lot for your response - I've figured out the problem now.. it was caused by the engineer trying to over complicate a simple instruction document! I basically started from scratch and read the help document first and then made one change at a time to the common file and it all worked. I don't know what I did to screw it up the first time - I suspect it was the unix path $gbl setting.. but it's all ok now. I will be trying to make some changes to it to fit in with the design of my website later, but for the best part of it I really like the calendar and next time I shall try not to be an engineer!
