MICS 7.1 (1) PRI. Received an email from a customer this morning at 6:35 a.m. that when they dialed out they got htis on their display. The still was still completed. What would cause this? Have never gotten this complaint from someone it is a facility with 100 phones. This is a new extension I just installed off of an MCK remote
