Expense Reports: Receipt Date Limit

Is there a way in T&E to limit a user from entering a receipt date that is greater than 90 days when completing expenses?

I'll bet your question (regarding "T&E"..."Travel & Entertainment") relates to a feature of Oracle (Financial) Applications...is that correct?
