Expense Reporting Software

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question but I could not find a more appropriate forum.

I am looking for a LAMP based Expense Reporting tool for employees to submit their travel expenses. I know there are commercial offerings but we don't have the budget to purchase something at this time so we are looking for a free (or very cheap) package. Also, we need to install it on our own servers so some of the online options are out of the question.

I tried

but it is no longer being maintained and it requires PHP4 and MySQL4 nether of which we use any longer.

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance!
