Anyone out there know how I can view and/or define the AHT piece of the expected wait predictor algorithm used in BSR? I realize the predictor itself is proprietary and I cannot see the exact components of the algorithm. However, I know part of that predictor includes AHT. We need to define the AHT components if it is not what we utilize in our forecasting practices.
