I'm having trouble with a logo I'm doing... I will start with when you have some simple text you can generally expand the text by clicking and dragging the outer edges of the text box. Now that is simple enough...but, when I want the same expansion on my text that is on a circle or curve (and I'm not talking about word or character spacing), I cannot use the outer edges to drag it to its desired expansion because all the lettering goes slanted opn the curve. It doesn't stay upright like it should.

If n e one knows a solution to this could you please email me at TrophyArtwork@aol.com...thankyou very much.

well, when doing logo work you shouldn't have a "text box" as that is for Paragraph Text. You should be using Artistic Text (which is what you get when you just take the Text Tool, click on the paper, and start typing. With Artistic Text you can then take the Shape/Node Tool and click on it once - you'll see nodes appear for each letter and "guides" to adjust the kerning (left/right spacing) or the line spacing (up/down)... depending upon the version of Draw you're using you can also just click a second time with the Pick tool on the text to get these items to show.

Can you control click on your text so only that is selected and then increase the size of text by dragging as normal

You can't resize the text upon expansion because the "text wrap" is a group. You are actually just changing the size of the curve the text is wrapped on.

You have to ungroup it by using Arrange, Break Text Apart. Then you can delete the circle (or whatever curve/path you are using). Now when you go to select the CURVED text it will expand and stay at the same shape you started with. (see my email for screen capture examples).
