Expanding Folders In Infoview

I am using BOEXI R2 and my question relates to infoview

When the user opens Infoview, I want the home page to be showing and also the public folder to be expanded to show its subfolders as a default instead of collapsed at the moment.

Also does anybody know how to rename the Public Folder?

Can anybody help?

I don't know that you can rename the Public folder - it's a "standard" piece of BO XI. It might be possible using the SDK, but I don't know what the repercussions of renaming it would be.

The only way I can think of to do what you want in terms of the folders in InfoView is to write your own InfoView replacement. You can have it go to a specific folder on a user-by-user basis by setting it up in the preferences, but that doesn't give the user the home page.
