Is it possible to only expand the left nav bar based on the current location?
To explain a little further, I have a top level site that has some sub sites, which in turn have more sub sites. I would like to only have the site in which the current subs site is located expanded as shown below. I tried playing with the navigation settings, but could not find a viable solution. I also tried playing with the display levels within the master page and default pages of every site, but did not figure out an answer from here either. Any help would be great on trying to solve this issue.
Current menu navigation shown when in a sub site of a sub site - sub site 1.2
sub site 1
sub site 1.1
sub site 1.2
sub site 2 - Note all sub sites are expanded
sub site 2.1
sub site 2.2
I would like the menu to show as such
sub site 1
sub site 1.1
sub site 1.2
sub site 2 - Note all subsite of this site are collapsed
In short, I would like to show the full site menu at all times as a tree, only expanding the area in which the user is currently located.
