Expandable Content Box

Hello there, I'm a DJ trying to create a amazing website using flash, I've been teaching myself basic stuff but I want to learn more.

I have a few questions actually, and would be grateful if anyone can help

1)An expanble content box, in this website (

the content box changes as you browse each page, how is that possible to do? I understand creating it on the keyframe but how do you expand it? Motion Tween?
2)On the same website, the time and date in the upper right hand corner? How can I put that on my flash project.

Yes, you'd use Tween.

For the date & time, have a look at Date class.
