expand my mirror

Hallo, i must expand my mirror disks in my server....
I have 4 disk in mirror (2+2) and i want expand to (3+3)
I think:
1° insert the disk
2° ''pvcreate'' to create a phisical volume.
3° ''lvcreate'' to create a new logical volume
4°''vgexpand'' to expand the volume group on the new disk??

Could someone advise me on the syntax for this?

[Chacalinc]

1. pvcreate both disks
2. vgextend vgxx /dev/newdisk1 /dev/newdisk2
3. lvcreate -m 1 ...

man vgextend
man lvcreate (pay attention to -m option)
