Expand Function

I am publishing powerplay reports to upfront as a powerplay report .ppx

This gives me the ablility to do formatting in powerplay windows and then publish them, so that users get neat pdf reports on the web.

My query - Does the windows version have the 'expand' function which is availble on the web.

Most work arounds I have tried give me the nesting display, but the display of totals is not convenient.

I always thought expand and nesting were the same!

If you don't want to see the totals in PowerPlay windows after you have nested, you could always 'Hide Summaries at this Level'.

Expand is the facility to nest lower categories of the same dimension ( normally used when there are drill down levels)

Try expand on the date from Year - > Quarters on the web

Try the same on the windows version.
I am not sure if you can get the same display on the windows easily.

Navshiv .. you are right.

After some more investigation could get the same display

On windows, Using the dimension viewer I could nest lower levels from the same dimesntion to get the same view as expand on the web.
