I want to move my software mirror to a larger hard drive.I can ghost the drive but when i try to expand the volume i cant get it to boot to windows.
Is there any software that can do this or even diskpart?
I am trying to go from a two 500GB drives setup to 2 2TB drives.
I really dont want to backup and restore because using Plesk for windows on the drives and have never had great luck doing the backup and restore options.

You would need GPT enabled drives, with it's requirements/limitations

"Microsoft does not support EFI on 32 bit platforms, and, by extension, does not allow booting from GPT partitions."

Try booting from your Windows install CD and going into the recovery console command prompt. From there try running diskpart.exe to expand the volume. If it is a normal system volume it should work, but you probably will only be able to go a little bit under the 2GB size.

We ended up getting the easeus software and this allowed us to extend the dynamic disk to the new size very easily.
