When you click on a pull-down menu in any Office app you get that annoying down arrow at the bottom of the menu instead of displaying all of the menu items. If you hover long enough or click on the down arrow the full menu appears. How do you get rid of that down arrow and make all office apps display all the options on all pull-down menus?

Expand all pull-down menus

Right click on empty area of Menubar...You will get the list of all the menubars available.
Goto 'Customize'
Select 'Option' tag
Check the box for 'Always show full menus'
'OK'...and it's done...
