Hi,
We have a 4-channel IBM raid controller on AIX 4.3.3 connected to EXP300.
If the customer switches on the AIX box BEFORE the EXP300 is on,all disks on the RAID appear failed.
If then we try to revive them one-by-one via smit,we succeed for all but the last disk.
It start rebuild to a hot-spare immediately after the one before is revived.
Can it be avoided - is there any better way to recover from this situation ?
"Long live king Moshiach !"
