exp014 What is the measning of this status

Hi,

I 'm using QA to make a 100% of recording for the screen but on a part of them igot this status and no screen recorded... unfortunately i havea documentation but it just says that screen is not recorded...

any idea in which direction i should look to try to get that one solved ?
 
It generally means that the CLS cannot find a screen agent relating to that Agent.

If you've installed the screen agent to register with O/S Login Id ensure that you are logging into the monitored workstation with the same login details as you have for the agent O/S Login Id at the bottom right of the User details within NICE Administrator.

If you have a look on the monitored workstation under C:\Program Files\Nice Agent\Logs the logfile00.dat file is always the newest log and can be opened with notepad. In this file you should be able to see if the screen agent has attached to the CLS and what it is using for it's registration details.
