EXP and IMP for ora 8i in netware?

I don't seem to be able to find the two utilities in oracle 8i under novel 5.1, and i am also running oracle client on win 98 and mapped the oracle install_dir as F, how can I do import/export ? and if I want to do Full= y export, does that mean the TABLESPACE is also exported?
