exorting from flash into an animated Gif

Hi

It has been ages since I last used Flash (years before Adobe took it over).

I am trying to create a short e card. I have created it in flash and now when I attempt to export the image is quite terrible.

Is there any other way to do this?

I have tried a few external swf to gif converters but because the animation is technically 1 frame they can not handle it.

Any ideas? I am getting desprate. (probably should not have said I could do this)

Convert .swf to video format, and then from that video format to animated.gif...
