Exmerge Problem - lost all dates on tasks and reminders :(

I recently had to restore a user's mailbox, everything is there except that the dates and times on the user's tasks and reminders all defaulted (?) to the same date. Is there anyway to fix this? This user's reminders are SUPER IMPORTANT and it is a great loss if this info cannot be recovered!!
