Exmerge Import

I want to move mailboxes from a server in one site to a server in another.
Both are Win2kSP2 and Ex55SP4.
I created the NT accounts and mailboxes on the destination server and have
successfully used Exmerge to dump the mailboxes from the source server to
pst files.
Now....... I can't get exmerge to connect to the destination server to
import the psts.
I'm logging on with an account that has service account permissions.
