Exmerge.exe and russian font problem

I have a domain win nt exchange 5.5 and the other domain win 2003 exchange 2003 . I use exmerge.exe (version for exchange 5.5 )for export a mailbox to .pst. All is Ok. Then I use exmerge. exe (version for exchange 2003)in exchange 2003.All is ok. But my users have folders name in russian language and they send messages with russian subject. After import, when I configure exchange 2003 outlook client, i can not see that russian text and folder name. But when I add that .pst to outlook client as personal data. When i export from 5.5 i select locale RUSSIAN .
Plese heeeeeeeeelp :-(
