Exmerge Access Problems

Folks,

I am having a problem trying to export mailboxes to PST files using Exmerge. I have gone through all the Microsoft documents on the correct setup of an account to use Exmerge. I am getting the following error:

Error opening message store (MSEMS). Verify that the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is running and that you have the correct permissions to log on.

However, what is strange is that I only have one mailbox store and I am trying to export multiple mailboxes. It is working for some but not for others. What could be preventing certain mailboxes from exporting?

You need to be using an Exchange full admin account that is delegated the rights at the server level.
