EXL in NAPTS lenght

I have a working scenario with EXL lenght of 10 digits (which is a max No of digits for EXL).
Problem is that I need to change this EXL to 13 digits.
Is there a way to do this?
My EXL contains DEST+provider access No (eg 123+1234567 - now it is 10 digits total). Provider will change his access No to 1234567890 so there will be 13 digits total for EXL.
Any suggestion?
