Exit TO DOS

When I press Restart into Ms_dos mode, then my PC will be hangup, only have the Dos Cursor blinking. no other display. It occur many times.

How can I solove it? I have setup again my Windows 98 for this, but still same.

for starters you might have the shutdown problem, try patching it with the mapped drive patch at windowsupdate.microsoft.com, but if you just want to get into the DOS Prompt, there is a slightly longer way, reboot, and make sure right when, or before the SwapScreen shows, press F8 a couple times, you should get a menu, and go down and chose Comand Prompt.
