Hi

So for the first time I am adding IPOCC to an existing IP office system.
Usually I do IPOCC as a whole new implementation so I'm a bit green here!

It's all connected up fine and I added 1 existing user to the IPOCC as a test which it did but wiped out all his button programming!

Is this normal or is there a way to avoid this please? All other extension programming sees intact.

IPOCC and IPO on 10.1

many thanks!

That's why I always turn off IP Office Sync =)

Good plan, I think it's the only way forward with this one even though there only going to be about 10 users!

Is there an easy way to switch off IP Office Sync?

Go to Configuration -> PBX.
Open PBXServer
Click Conf access
Select Delete
