Existing user upgraded to Roaming but ID file didnt attach to NAB

Hello. I have Created a new roaming user and there ID automatically attached itself to the Notes Address Book. This is great and whenever they use it on another machine they can login without having to search for their ID on the network.

However when i upgrade existing users to Roam their IDs are not put into the NAB as expected. Is there an option that i have forgotten to tick. I have ticked the roaming user and place id file in the NAB during the upgrade process.


Any ideas what i could be doing wrong?
