Existing in Start bar for UCA, much like UCE

Hi,

We have a bunch of users (50) who use UCA as a compliment to our 5360 MCD3300 environment.

Is it me, or is the UCE program much better than UCA? What I would like, instead of the small floating input box that UCA provides in its minimised view, is that functionality in my taskbar or displayed on the start bar, like this:

Is there any way to do this?

Thus far I'm pretty disappointed at the 'award winning' software that accompanies our horrendously expensive upgrade to our phone system, the only reason we actually have the UCA on our machines is for the callto: and tel: dialling functionality that it enables as our CRM/DMS tags all phones numbers with either of those.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Should we just ditch UCA? Can we??

Since the UCA can do a lot more then the UCE I would not really agree with your comment. The one feature you like the most may be better ( arguably ) but I don't think that makes it better.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
