Existing Field embeded in another field

All,
I would like to use an existing field in my report and embed that field into a text area field. The field I want to embed has data that I want to show up in the text area field, but I want that embedded data to be the last thing that shows up in the text area field when the report is printed.

Can someone help me with this? I would really appreciate it. Thank you all so much.

you can concantenate data with ampersands (&):
say in Field1 you have Ginger
in Field2 you have Rogers

on your report, make a text box
call it something other than Field1 or Field2
in the control source, put

=Field1 & " " & Field2

this will produce Ginger Rogers
see the space in between?

Thanks Ginger, but the problem with this report is that I sent off to another person and this person copies only the text area field data, so if the embedded data is not in that field the person will not capture what I want him to capture. Once he captures data from the text area field, he puts it into a main database, and sends his report to all players of this information. In other words, with this additional text field, he will not copy that field. He will only copy what's inside the text area field.

Now how can I handle that one?
