Confirming use:

Can you add a new record by going to to/ selecting ACCESS, and selecting new record?

Using formats for Mailing labels:
where are they found/ how are they used, etc?
IE: I do not want to print using what is considered label stock.

What is label stock? How do I ensure that it is not used, and a specific format/ style of printing is used?

Is printing the results of a quesry just printing the doc, or done by performing another type of function?

New Record gives you an empty record.

Format your report for your labels, whatever size they may be. Pack the information to be in a label into a text or memo field with vbCr & vbLf at the end of each logical line. This way, you report text box can be the size of the label.
