EXHCANGE 5.5 DELIVERY FAILURE

When my users send an email from 123@abc.com to 123@cba.com the emails get through fine to the cba domain. The problem is that there are about 5 specific users who send an email to cba.com and get an undeliverable reply. Why is it that most of my users can send email to cba.com but about 5 can not?

Any help is much appreciated.

It depends on why it's failing. what does the Undeliverable reply say?
