Hi all!
Is there a way to have Outlook 2000 exhaustively check all contact folders for names?
I know I can get it to look in several public folders containing contacts by adding the folders in Tools-Services-Addressing. The problem is that if there is a match for "John Smith" in the first folder, Outlook does not
continue to check for more matches in the other folders.
I have split the contacts in several different folders on the Exchange 2000 server in order to group customers in one folder, prospects in another and so on. This means that there could be several "John Smith"with totally different mail addresses, but only one is resolved.
Oddly enough, it seems to work when the contact information is on your local client but not if it's in several public folders on the Exchange 2000 server.
Any ideas anyone?
TIA
/Joakim
