We have exhaustive formulas in CR 8.5 to determine a particular status.

It has to be replicated for the web purpose as well.

What is the best way to keep this code in a common place where both Crystal and ASP can access the reports

Your message is a bit confusing. Do you need the asp code to access the logic of the formulas or the Crystal report itself?

If just the formula logic, you can implement the logic in a database view or a stored procedure. Another option is to implement the logic in a User Function Library (UFL) dll.
