Exhange Server Wont Boot Up

My exchange server crashed this morning. My troubleshooting led me to a SCSI card in it with two red lights on it blinking. Ive never encountered this before and am not sure how to fix it. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so . how did you fix it?

That would have to depend on what the flashing lights on the SCSI card mean! Find out what the SCSI card is and check out it's support website.
If your boot/system partitions are on a disk controlled by this SCSI card and the SCSI card has failed then your server won't boot until you have resolved this. Do you get any error messages in the POST (BIOS self test) regarding the SCSI card?
