EXEUTONE IDS integrated operator terminal

I am trying to solve this proble. I have a switchboard monitor and I turned it of and now it won't display when I turn it on. I did control and icm and then defaulted all but it still won't display. What should I do? I need help please.

I will take into account that the terminal was working and it is a dumb terminl (Qume?)Check the settings on the terminal...they should be 9600, n, 8,1.
Once you reset a terminal if the settings weren't saved you need to reinstall the settings.
