Ascential Software have now got online training courses for about US$500.
The DataStage Essentials is for starters but you can probably figure this stuff out for yourself. More advanced is the Essentials of DataStage Server Edition course which gets into parallel processing and batch jobs. Unfortunately the Advanced DataStage and DataStage Best Practices are only available as instructor lead classes. If your company has a training budget I suggest you learn the beginner stuff yourself and go on these two advanced courses.
Apart from that there are not a lot of resources available. No one has written any books about DataStage and anyone with training materials are using it to generate revenue. There are some downloads available from
