Exel font problem

Certain letters missing in spreadsheets when printed, not an office wide problem as Word is fine. If the user opens a file from a colleague the problem does not occur. I have had the file sent to me and have printed it off OK.

When's the last time that user's PC was cleaned of all *.tmp and ~*.* files and scandisked and defragged and....

sounds like a resource issue to me.
