Executone questions, thank you

Hi there- We have an Eclipse 2.5.1 version Executone system with 3 cabinets. I've never had any training with the software and am looking for all/any manuals or tips you may have for these systems. Currently, I'm trying to connect a printer to the system and can't seem to get the software to recognize the dot matrix printer. Any ideas??

You have an IDS 648 system. The printer must hook to I/O ports 1 or 2 (rs232 ports)on MDF of the first cabinet. If you have a DDI (digital data interface) you can hook printer to that also. Make sure Baud rate on printer is set the same as phone system and your printer must be a serial printer.
